Diplos provides a service that sends personalized FedEx envelopes containing marketing materials to target accounts on behalf of our clients. Our services include address verification, material printing, FedEx delivery, and real-time delivery tracking.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including target account details and marketing materials.
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use our services to send materials that are misleading, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Ensure that your marketing materials comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations.

4. Payment and Pricing

Pricing is determined on a per-project basis and will be communicated to you before any work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable once materials have been printed and dispatched for delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all marketing materials you provide to us. By submitting materials, you grant Diplos a limited license to print and deliver them on your behalf. All Diplos branding, website content, and proprietary technology remain the property of Diplos.

6. Limitation of Liability

Diplos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by FedEx or other third-party carriers.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due, and we will complete any deliveries already in progress.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
